Sales Operations Analyst


Lightbridge Consulting has a current opening for a Netsuite CRM Consultant to support the next phase of an existing consulting engagement. We’re looking to hire a Netsuite CRM expert to help our client take their recently-launched Netsuite CRM implementation to the next level. You’ll see your work make a direct impact on the company as you work with the VP Operations, Sales Enablement Team and other Consultants to upgrade the way business is done. Our client is a rapidly-expanding commercial software company with an amazing energetic culture and collaborative atmosphere.

This is a full-time consulting position.


  • Be the resident technical subject matter expert for Netsuite CRM
  • Manage sales user account configuration, provisioning and support
  • Lead problem/process discovery sessions within the Sales Organization and beyond
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with data uploads and cleansing
  • Set data standards
  • Develop and Continually Refine Dashboards and Forecasting Tools for the Organization
  • Collaborate with the ERP Consultant to Deliver integrated CRM/ERP reporting to the Executive Team
  • Develop and continually enhance integration between Sales and Marketing
  • Develop and continually enhance integration between customer support systems and the CRM system to enable seamless customer support and tight coordination between Sales, Client Services and Customer Support
  • Support field rep onboarding and channel partner on-boarding
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate and roll out system changes

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate is a certified Netsuite Administrator or Developer with a solid understanding of sales operations and project management. The person in this position will be overall responsible for the success of the CRM system and will be responsible for hands-on implementation, maintenance and supporting the international sales team. Given the breadth of responsibility, we are seeking a candidate with deep technical capabilities as well as experience providing internal customer service within Sales Organizations. Strong coding/scripting skills are highly desirable.  

Required Skills

  • A positive attitude and customer-first mentality
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years Netsuite Admin experience with minimum 1 full lifecycle integration
  • 1-3 years’ channel sales operations experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with CRM/ERP, report/dashboard development
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage projects
  • Be an independent, self-starter capable of solving problems with minimal supervision
  • Experience performing data cleansing, migration and maintenance
  • Multi-lingual skills a plus and strong English speaking/writing skills
  • Analytical mindset, experience performing detailed research and analysis

Desired Skills

  • Netsuite admin or developer certification (scripting abilities highly desired)
  • Technical proficiency with Hubspot, Bedrock Data, Zendesk, SuiteSync
  • PMP Certification
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Ability to occasionally work flexible hours to provide time zone support
  • Up to 10% travel
